Luncheon Fee Policy

Everyone attending the Committee of 100 luncheons must pay the lunch fee of $10.00 for members and $15.00 for non-members. Only guest speakers and others attending with the guest speaker may attend free of charge.

Support Policy

All support request submitted to the Beaufort County Committee of 100 shall be made in writing, including a detailed explanation describing the event or request and that the impact will be on potential job creation in Beaufort County. The requests will be reviewed by the Finance Committee and Executive Committee. The Applicant will be notified in a timely manner. The Finance Committee will be authorized to act on behalf of the Board on amounts not to exceed $5,000.

Handout Policy
Committee of 100 members may bring handouts for upcoming events and place on the tables before the luncheon begins. Speaking time will have to be requested and approved in advance. Requests must be sent to Laura Tetterton, at
laura.tetterton@beaufortedc.com, at least one week before the scheduled meeting. In an emergency situation, Dick Barber or Jim Chesnutt have the discretion to approve. Any approved speaking time would have to relate to economic development. If requested, the Committee of 100 will forward by email any approved handouts to our member email distribution lists.
